Our Disability Support Services
In-Home Disability Care
Our in-home disability care services support you to live safely, comfortably, and independently in your own home. Supports are flexible and tailored, whether you need daily assistance or occasional help.

In-home disability care includes:
✔ Personal care (showering, dressing, mobility support)
✔ Meal preparation and light household tasks
✔ Assistance with appointments and errands
✔ Routine wellbeing support and companionship
We work closely with you to align supports with your NDIS plan and personal goals.
Daily Living Skills & Capacity Building
Building independence is about developing confidence and practical skills. Our daily living and capacity-building supports help participants strengthen life skills at their own pace.

This includes support with:
✔ Cooking, budgeting and home management
✔ Travel training and community navigation
✔ Establishing routines and personal goals
✔ Developing confidence for greater independence
These supports are ideal for participants wanting to build long-term capability and autonomy.
Allied Health Services & Clinical Nursing
Access to quality health care is a vital part of holistic NDIS disability care. All Abilities Support & Wellbeing offers access to professional clinical nursing & allied health services, delivered in a way that suits your lifestyle.

Our allied health and nursing supports include:
✔ Physiotherapy, occupational therapy and other allied health services

✔ Ongoing monitoring and care coordination

Community Participation & Social Support

Employment Participation & Life Goals

Our Women’s Community Hub – A Safe Space to Connect
Located in Kedron, our Women’s Community Hub offers a welcoming and supportive environment for women aged 17–65.

At the hub, participants can:
✔ Socialise in a safe, inclusive setting
✔ Learn new life and wellbeing skills
✔ Participate in creative, educational and wellness activities
✔ Build confidence, friendships and routine
While the hub is a valued part of our offering, it’s important to know that All Abilities Support & Wellbeing provides services well beyond the hub, including in-home and community-based supports throughout North Brisbane and Moreton Bay.
